RNG to Plant 250,000 Coniferous Trees in Yakutia
RNG has launched the next phase of its forest restoration initiative in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The Company has allocated 74.9 million roubles to support the programme between 2025 and 2027.
The latest phase will see approximately 250,000 larch saplings, grown with closed-root systems, planted across more than 220 hectares in Yakutia’s Vilyuysky District.
The Company has partnered with the Russian Forest Protection Centre. Together, they are collaborating to meet RNG’s social responsibility and sustainable development goals.
