The Mirny Regional Technical College has hosted Professionaly-2025 (Russian for Professionals 2025), a nation-wide Russian competition.

There were two categories for students to boast their knowledge in: Oil and Gas Production and Oil Preparation and Transport. The competition welcomed students from all around the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia): Mirny Regional Technical College, Suntar Technical College, Lensk Technological College. They were invited to the Full Cycle Process Factory, a training ground full of professional tasks they were supposed to fulfil.

The Company provided Sadynsky National Evenki Nasleg with a mulcher for clearing agricultural land.

RNG received a request for help from Aleksandr Basyrov, Head of Mirninsky District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The village of Syuldyukar is in Sadynsky Nasleg. A nasleg is a small agricultural community in Yakutia, home to the Republic’s indigenous Evenki minority people. The population is traditionally engaged in cattle breeding and herd horse breeding. Today, the nasleg faces an everlasting challenge: conserving fodder.

The New Economic School hosted a special event recognising its partners. RNG was an attendee, and as a long-standing partner of the institution, got a special award for its invaluable contribution to the development of science and education in Russia.

With the company’s financial help, Dorogy Pobedy (Russian for Roads of Victory), a festival dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the USSR’s Victory in the Great Patriotic War, will be able to host Symphonica ARTica, the symphony orchestra of the State Philharmonia of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

This is another joint project of RNG and Fabio Mastrangelo’s Musical Art Development Fund, as their partnership goes way back.

The company is a driving force behind the event and its General Partner. For many years, it has been collaborating with the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to give out bonuses to the best teachers.

The award call for entries will open on 3 March 2025. To be eligible, a teacher must have at least three years of educational experience in primary, elementary, middle, or high schools, or shine in further or vocational education.

The Company ranked twelfth in the Energy and Raw Materials industry. HeadHunter has published its annual rating of Russian employers for 2024, and the Company has again made it to the finals.

There are 1,729 companies in hh.ru’s final rating. The website has a special four-criteria methodology to determine the best employers. The scoring is based on collected survey data from recruiters and employees, former employee feedback, and average ranking from job seekers using the platform.

The company has bought two PCs and a laptop for the medical examining board of Mirny Central District Hospital.

It is one of the long-standing priority partnerships for RNG, as it has been donating medicine, consumables, and equipment to the hospital for a while now.

Mirny Central District Hospital is the main healthcare institution in the town, providing general and specialist medical services to the locals.

The company delivered clean drinking water to the local community.

The village of Syuldyukar is in Yakutia’s Mirninsky District. It is home to a group of Evenks, a small indigenous people of the North. The village has no central water supply, so the locals have to get their water elsewhere, for example, from nearby rivers.

In January, the problem reached a climax as the people had little drinking water available. The village head asked RNG for help, so the company wasted no time in providing them with safe and clean water.
