Despite the fact that the past year was challenging for the oil and gas industry the consistent implementation of long-term plans and the well-coordinated work of a professional team allowed RNG to continue moving steadily towards its goals and fulfil currently central tasks. The production regularly introduces modern technologies, the infrastructure grows at the company’s facilities, the active participation in the socio-economic life of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) continues.

In 2022 RNG continued to contribute to the social and economic development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), support educational and cultural programs and help vulnerable sections of the society.

In recognition, heads of charity funds and public organizations, rectors of Russian universities and cultural figures recorded New Year greetings for the RNG team.

Elena Korzun, Director of the AssoNeft Association of Independent Oil and Gas Producing Organizations, highly appreciated the social policy of the company and wished new professional achievements in 2023.

A large-scale cultural program passed in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. It became the final chord in the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the YASSR formation.

15 different events were organized for residents and guests of the two capitals within the Days of Yakutia. RNG participated in the opening of the Tale on the Mammoth Tusk Bone-Carving Art Festival, which took place in the metropolitan Expocentre. Specialists of the company presented a memorable gift to the organizers, noting the importance to support the development of folk crafts.

The first-year students of the Svetlinsky Department of Energy, Oil and Gas visited the Eastern Blocks of the Srednebotuobinskoe oil and gas condensate field within the framework of career guidance.

The company supported emergency relief projects throughout the year. The main part of the joint activity was implemented on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

As part of the partnership, the Russian Red Cross Emergency Fund for rapid response to emergencies has appeared. In July of this year, thanks to the financial support of RNG, volunteers were able to deliver 300 humanitarian kits to the flood-affected settlements of the republic - Suordakh and Tomtor.

RNG is a federal partner of the project. The winners' names were announced during the final conference.

The company presented furniture and an interactive sandbox to the pupils of preschool.

The play equipment consists of a table, sand tank, projector, camera and software. Using modern technologies and natural materials children can create various landscapes, observe the change in their structure and color and build natural objects. With the help of such exercises a child can shape the world integrity picture, develop fine motor skills and qualities such as imagination, attention and speech. 

RNG provided financial support to joint educational projects of the Russian Institute of Theatre Art and the Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
