RNG is one of the leading oil and gas producers in the Far Eastern Federal District. The company is included in the list of backbone enterprises of the fuel and energy complex compiled by the Russian Ministry of Energy.

Today, the mining of gemstones has been suspended, the quarry is mothballed, and the balance of the republican economy is leaning from diamonds to oil and gas, which open up new horizons for the region.
