The company sponsored its first students in 2020, partially and fully covering from 5% to 100% of the master’s degree tuition fee at one of the best economic universities in Russia. To get a grant to study for a master’s degree, a student is supposed to excel academically, both before and during their time at the university.

The region’s top teachers and professors got short-listed for the educational award of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), hosted by the Ministry of Education and Science, RNG, and the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). RNG’s financial support helps build a bridge between Yakutia’s Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Development and GITIS, Moscow-based Russian Institute of Theatre Arts.
The students at the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts get to work closely with Evgenia Tikidzhi-Khamburyan and Vasilisa Kutuzova, GITIS graduates. Together, they will put on a production called Zhalost (Russian for Pity) that will count as part of their thesis. Juniors and seniors will star in the production and share the stage with their professors.
The company donated a large modern children’s playground to Mirny. The multifunctional space was built in a short time and it consults the interests of children of different ages. There is a game complex, sandboxes, sports equipment, swings on an area of almost two thousand square meters; a site has special rubberized coating.
The company will allocate funds to the institution for the purchase of school and sports uniforms and shoes. All children and teenagers living in the orphanage are in a difficult life situation. They deal with professional teachers in the center and have all necessary conditions for proper rest.

The specialists released into the Aannyaah River, the tributary of the Vilyui reservoir, more than 1 million of juvenile salmonids. Fingerlings of whitefish species are specially grown in laboratory conditions at the Chernyshevsky Fish Hatchery State Unitary Enterprise by order of RNG.

This is five times more than a year earlier. The event will pass as part of the implementation of agreements on the artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources and a voluntary initiative. The agreement for the performance of all works has been concluded with the Chernyshevsky Fish Hatchery State Unitary Enterprise. This is the only enterprise in Yakutia for fish breeding.

A group of the Yakut Regional Branch of the public organisation, formed by RNG, took part in the second thematic volunteer meeting. The event passed in the area of Us Khatyn and gathered 170 volunteers from all over the region.
The volunteers participated in workshops on emergency response and first aid. Also the basic algorithms of emergency rescue actions were demonstrated. The participants learned about the equipment and special vehicles of operational services.
The company will provide financial assistance to the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in the implementation of educational projects for creative students, cultural workers and residents of Yakutsk.
The company took the eighth place in the field of Energy, Extraction and Processing of Raw Materials. The identification of the best Russian employers, which entered the HeadHunter rating, took place in several stages: questioning of employees’ loyalty level to the organisation they work, applicants polling on the Internet recruiting portal and expert assessment of the development of HR processes of participating enterprises. In total, 1996 companies submitted their applications, 1082 of them became finalists.
